What will you be doing?

In the first month, you'll be prepared to conquer the market by undergoing a variety of training sessions. Because at BooQi, it's not just about sales; market knowledge, marketing, leadership, personal effectiveness, and working with management tools also determine your success. While we mainly operate in the hotel and leisure industry, we also work for a lot of  other markets such as retail, FMCG, insurance, finance, or education. In this function you will mainly work for the Hotel & Leisure Industry. So you will become an expert in this industry.

Once you can successfully convey your knowledge of the HotelBooQi and LeisureBooQi concept to others, you'll start approaching potential customers. This often involves engaging introductory calls, initial meetings, and follow-ups. This way, you'll gain experience in effectively communicating the BooQi marketing concept and grow in your conversion skills. Additionally, you'll be responsible for a small exiting customer base. By asking the right questions and identifying customers' actual needs, you'll advise them with the most suitable BooQi solution. Your main focus will be to pro actively reach out to new prospects by cold calls, LinkedIn, Events, email marketing etc.

Moreover, you're resilient, solution-oriented, creative, and not afraid of challenges. Also, you're not averse to having a drink from time to time because besides your desk, there's also a bar chair waiting for you in our own bar.

  • Speak English fluently & live in The Netherlands and preferably within 30-40 min. drive maximum from Zaltbommel, where our head office is based.
